Bluecube Technical Shift


Leading support provider Bluecube Technology Solutions has continued to reinforce its management team this year. Joining Bluecube this month, Rob Gilbride has been appointed Service Desk Manager, taking the place of David Robinson who has moved to the Commercial Department as Technical Account Manager.

David Robinson has switched his role as Technical Team Leader to join the Commercial Team as Technical Account Manager. Responsible for IT infrastructure auditing and consultancy for our current clients, David will also play a major role in developing new business for Bluecube. Commercial Manager, Gillian Hines said: "David is a valuable addition to the Commercial environment, combining technical expertise with customer care, enabling us to be even more proactive in assisting our clients to find the best solution for their business."

As the backbone for the Technical Team, Rob Gilbride oversees the day to day running and processes of the Bluecube Service Desk and its Engineers. Technical Operations Manager, Jason McKinder, said: "With 30 years of technical and service management experience, Rob will form a trusted point of escalation and provide valuable governance to the Technical Team".

Bluecube Chief Executive, James Hawker, added: "A strong team will inevitably see us through these more pressing times for business, and Bluecube's rate of growth is setting us in good stead."
