Service Desk Support

The first stage of solving any technical issue is to log a call with the Bluecube service desk, either via the phone or our on-line service desk system. Our service desk is manned by qualified engineers and our response times are tightly controlled to ensure your issues are addressed and resolved quickly. Where possible to do so, our engineers will talk the user through to resolution over the phone. The majority of our clients opt for this support to be available between the hours of 08:30 – 18:00, but longer support hours are available as required.

Remote Access Support

If an issue cannot be resolved over the phone, we are able to utilise our Remote Access support solution. Through this system our engineers can remotely view the user’s PC and work with the user to resolve the problem just as if they were sat in front of it. This form of support is totally secure, and is controlled at all times by the user. Currently over 96% of all calls logged and not resolved over the phone are solved using Remote Access Support.

On-Site Support

There are times when a problem cannot be resolved by either Telephone or Remote Access support. When this occurs we ensure that a fully trained and experienced engineer is on-site as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

Hosted Exchange

Email is now a critical business communication tool. With a Bluecube Hosted Exchange solution, your e-mail becomes more secure, more stable and more reliable. You can access your mail from any internet enabled computer, either through web access or Outlook, 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Bluecube can offer a range of hosting options to meet clients shared and specific needs. Secure storage for example is a universal requirement for servers. Co-Location

Clients who prefer to remain responsible for their servers, but still want to benefit from the safeguarding supplied by our ultra-secure Data Centre, choose a Bluecube Co-location package.

Backup and Maintenance

For many companies, the most appealing aspect of server hosting is handing over responsibility for them 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Not only does hosting free you from maintenance burdens, it also completely protects your data from loss by encompassing regular scheduled Backups.

Virtual Servers

An increasingly popular alternative to ownership of a physical server is virtualisation. Virtual Servers are structured so that software, rather than hardware, is the core factor. By not being as reliant on hardware as are their entirely physical counterparts, they can be quickly restored, updated and configured. Virtual Servers offer further benefits, by being intangible; the space where a physical server would have been is now spare capacity. Also, with no additional power needed to run it or air-conditioning to cool it, the solution is courteous to the environment and can lower overheads.
